We are an outdoor exercise program that focuses on strength building and conditioning in a highly motivating and positive group setting, where we build each other up, never tear down.

To balance our strength building days, and to allow our muscles enough time to rest and repair, we have dedicated street running/walking days, and trail hiking/running days, where our pets are always welcome!
